We’re on the hunt for a talented Social Media Account Coordinator / Content Creator. If you have a sharp eye for trends before they peak, creative ideas that just keep coming, and you’re always thinking “how can we turn this into content?” then you might be just who we’re looking for!

In The Making is a PR + digital agency with big energy and even bigger ideas.
We work across tourism, retail/ fashion, lifestyle, health & beauty, FMCG and purpose-led brands.

This is not a “sit behind a desk and schedule” job. You’ll be in the room for brainstorms, on set for shoots, inside campaign decks, and across the details that make brands feel culturally relevant, not just present.

As part of this role, you’ll be:

- Shooting content (iPhone + our fancy camera)
- Editing Reels, TikToks, Shorts
- Brainstorming hooks and concepts
- Helping manage accounts end-to-end from captions to community management
- You're just as comfortable in front of the camera as you are behind it
- Reviewing performance and making it better next time
- Bringing influencer collaborations to life

What you’ll bring

- 0–2 years’ experience in social/content (agency a bonus, not a must)
- Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok culture
- Confident shooting and editing on iPhone
- Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut (or similar) editing skills
- You’re comfortable behind AND in front of the camera
- You understand hooks, storytelling, retention and why subtitles matter
- You’re organised (creative chaos only, operational chaos no thanks)
- Cool under pressure and the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities
- Must love dogs
