🕛 Intermittent Fasting: The 12–8pm Window
Intermittent Fasting (IF) using the 12–8pm window means you eat all your meals within an 8-hour period, typically from 12noon to 8pm and fast for the remaining 16 hours.
✅ Best suited for:
Busy adults who prefer fewer meals
People wanting to reduce snacking or late-night eating
Those focused on fat loss or metabolic health

Dish of the week: Crumbed parmesean, garlic and mustard barramundi. Just needs some brochinni, corn on a cob and chips to go with it. Seriously, 10 mins prep + 10 mins cook time. Nutrition doesn't have to be difficult. 👌 Recipe is as follows:
Step 1
1. Lightly spray skillet with light olive oil.
2. Lightly spray raw barramundi fillets with olive oil in a bowl and ensure fully coated.
3. Place a half cup of plain flour, salt and pepper on a plate.
4. Place 1-2 lightly whisked egg in a shallow bowl, with 2 tablespoons American mustard and a sprinkle of Garlic pepper mix and Vegetta seasoning.
5. Add three quarters of a cup of dried breadcrumbs, 1/4-1/2 cup parmesean cheese (shredded or in jar) and parsley flakes on a separate plate.
6. Dip each piece of fish in the flour and shake off any excess flour. Dip into the egg mix and turn to coat, then dip in the breadcrumb mix, pressing firmly to coat.
7. Fry fish in skillet turning until golden brown and crispy.
