Electrical Project Manager - Tier 2 Electrical Contractor | Brisbane & Gold Coast


Daniel Yelkovan from ri-kroot has been engaged to recruit an Electrical Project Manager for a respected Tier 2 electrical contractor. You’ll be managing large-scale commercial fitout projects ranging from $300K to $5M across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to step into a leadership role, with a competitive hourly rate, a fully maintained dual cab ute, and the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will oversee the delivery of commercial fitout projects, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality, environmental, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include:
Managing project delivery and scopes of work
Coordinating and supervising electricians across multiple projects
Maintaining records of drawings, contract documentation, and correspondence
Reviewing specifications, schedules, cost-saving opportunities, and variations
Managing project timelines, risks, and reporting
Liaising directly with builders and key stakeholders
Overseeing workplace health and safety compliance

About You:
To succeed in this role, you will bring strong leadership and technical expertise with a proven track record in commercial electrical projects.

Requirements:
Current Electrical Licence
Proven commercial fitout project experience
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Current Driver’s Licence

Travis McLeod from ri-kroot is currently recruiting for 2 experienced mechanical fitters to join an established heavy equipment contractor on the Southern Gold Coast.

Conveniently located off the M1 in Currumbin, this role is paying $56.25 per hour & OT & Super, with the opportunity to go permanent after 3 to 6 months.

Based in their brand new and well-equipped workshop, you will be a part of an established team working on an interesting variety of new and innovative products, the requirements for this role are;
Cert 3 Mechanical Fitter
Current Forklift Ticket
Repair and assembling experience
Winch, cable, hydraulic or marine equipment experience
Physically fit and able to work well within a team
Reliable with great work ethic
Seeking a permanent role with growth
PPE, mechanical hand tools and transport to site
