Malaysian-based MRCB has proposed a 20-storey tower with 180 apartments on the Sundale Motel site in Southport, Gold Coast. The development, designed by Plus Architecture, will feature significant landscaping, communal spaces, and parking for 154 vehicles. If approved, it will replace a previous 14-level plan for 133 apartments.
