Calf ropers are supposed to throw a rope around a calf’s neck, but if they rope the wrong part of the body, they aren’t even disqualified.
Here, the calf’s back leg was roped. The competitor was allowed to continue to tie him up, despite the potential for even more harm than usual. 🥺
This happened recently at the Ray White Nambour Rodeo.
