Many business owners ask me this question, I want to start delegating tasks, but I don't know what tasks to delegate first?

In this post, I want to share 2 frameworks that will help you decide what tasks to delegate and what tasks you must do.

First framework:

• First step I want you to do is, Calculate your hourly rate. Let's say your hourly rate is $75.

• Once you calculate your hourly rate, make a list of all the tasks which you can delegate for lower than your hourly rate. Start with these tasks. Let's say you can hire someone for $20 per hour to do some of those tasks, hire this person and delegate the tasks to them.

If you delegate the low-value tasks, you will have more time to do high-value tasks and generate more income.

Second Framework:

As an entrepreneur, your focus should be on building the business, generating more revenue and scaling it.

Make a list of all the tasks you are passionate of doing and revenue-generating activities. Once you make this list, start delegating the tasks which you are not passionate about or non-revenue generating activities.
If you delegate these tasks, you can spend more time on the tasks you are passionate about and on revenue-generating tasks.
