Prog Stomp 2026 brings four of Australia’s heaviest progressive metal bands to Southeast Queensland on one amazing weekend in May. Thrash/death/modern metal meets groove, classicism, and jazz. Therein , AHLES , AGE of Emergence and Hyperaesthesia will hit the Sunshine Coast at The Presynct , Nambour on Saturday, May 16, and PFR Lounge in Fortitude Valley on Sunday May 17.
