We are always looking for the next best thing, the easiest or the quickest option to overcoming our problems.
But in doing so, your only delaying any REAL progress.
Majority of the time, you dont make sustainable change because you havent really addressed the root cause - not because you havent tried but because you may be thinking/looking in the wrong places.
So get honest with yourself - its not a trick question but usually the answer is so obvious and simple it seems unlikely to be true - that usually means its right!!

Stop trying to look outside yourself for answers!

Trust me I get it! It causes you lose faith in your own ability to achieve your goals! But more often than not its not that YOU cant achieve them, its that majority of solutions available teach a very outdated method of achieving what you want to.

AND most options don’t really truely get to the root cause of the issues (even if thats what they think they are helping you do).

So if your feeling depleted, if your lacking the self-trust to even have another go at achieving your goals, I hear you, but know that you are capable.
If your doing it the right way (meaning the sustainable way) it wont feel overwhelming or too difficult or impossible for you, infact it may even seem a little to easy or simple to be true. But thats the reality of making sustainable change.

It gets to be easy, it gets to be fun. It gets to be whatever you want it to so long as you trust in the process and yourself.
