Huge Congrats to Coach Duffy for taking 2nd place at the APL Nationals 2024 in U100’s. He walked away with a 665 total on the day and we are absolutely pumped for him to have qualified for Zerow Pro. 💪

Hey team! Next week, April 15th-21st, bring a friend for free to train with you! They’ll get full access alongside you to our gym, recovery and combat sports 💪🥊

CONDITIONS:
- Non-members must sign in on our guest sign in sheet in front of the main office for each visit during the week including participating in a fight class.
-Prior to joining in on a fight class, new comers must complete the waiver upstairs before jumping in. Arrive 10mins early and see your coach to complete the waiver.
-Please abide by all of our rules and conduct yourselves in a respectful manner
