Position: A Dental Care : Customer Care Representative
Schedule: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, between 8 am to 7 pm CST, with alternating Saturdays from 8 am to 5 pm CST (one day off per week). Total working hours per week: 40-50 hours, flexible based on individual capacity.
Compensation: Competitive compensation package comprising Base Pay, Bonus, and Benefits. Salary range: 30,000 to 45,000 pesos per month, commensurate with experience and time commitment.
Bonus: We offer an attractive bonus system based on achieving defined targets, with additional incentives for bringing in new patients.

Job Responsibilities:
Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, demonstrating active listening skills to address their concerns effectively.
Document each patient encounter and resolution accurately in the appropriate computer tracking system.
Quickly access reference materials to analyze and determine appropriate responses to telephone, electronic, and written inquiries.
Collaborate with other departments as directed and participate in training programs.
Offer support and solutions in alignment with the company's patient service policies.
Competencies Required (Must Have):
High school graduate with diploma or equivalent.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong emphasis on patience and attentive listening.
Ability to handle continuous patient contact and manage workflow distribution efficiently.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
Prioritization and follow-through skills, coupled with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Swift and accurate response to inquiries, consistently meeting or exceeding department standards.
Detail-oriented with a flexible and creative approach.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Windows and keyboarding skills for efficient inquiry handling.
Minimum Accent on Phone
Must not be a job hopper (for the last 2-3 years stay on the last position)
Nice to Have:
Previous experience in a call center environment is a plus (though not mandatory).
Prior experience in the dental and medical field is also advantageous (though not mandatory).
