ROCK SOLID Restumping

Stoked on how this project turned out!

- We raised this house 1.3meters to be 300mm above the flood level in Gingell st Castlemaine.

- Removed the existing concrete stumps

- Replaced bearers and joists.

- We dug the footings 1 meter deep x 400mm wide.

- Hand made all the Dura-gal Stumps.

- Pumped 17 cubic meters of concrete ( Thanks Adrian Guseli 😉 )

- Added bracing.

Little rippa house in east bendigo we just finished! 80mm lift and concrete stumps. Already for full renovation! This will be awesome place once it’s all done
