Congratulations to Cesar who is the very close runners up in the 8 week weight loss challenge!!
Cesar completed all extra workouts set and managed to lose 5.45kgs in the 8 weeks which is 6.39% body weight.
Cesar lost 6.5cms off his waist and 6 cms off his hips.
He has also increased his strength and fitness by improving his plank on his toes from 2.19 seconds to 3 minutes and 11 seconds in the 8 weeks.
