Holy freakin moly!
This morning I forgot to take my wholefood capsules - and boy oh boy - I could go for 2 life sentences!
The boys have been relentless today!! Huddy not listening because he "doesn't want to" and Noah not wanting to be put down, and when he does he hollas like nobodies business!
I am done 🫨
Alot of people, when they jump on the wholefood supps train, say the don't tend to feel the difference.... But trust me when I say you may not feel the difference when taking them, but you'll know when you're not!
And today was a perfect example of that for me! I am mad! I am tired! I am in pain!
You may not "feel" anything when taking our wholefood items - but you'll definitely know when you're not!
Tomorrow a new day - must remember to take my supplements ✌🏼
So today I went for a quiet, refreshing morning walk..
Ha! Just kidding - I have kids
I went out with the intention of having a great walk with the kids scooting around on their bikes and scooters, but instead I got a pre-teen wanting me to fix her scooter, and a 4yo crying because his bike kept getting stuck in the dirt...
Mums relaxation went out the window within a blink of the eye.
So my tip today?
Don't walk 🤣🤣🤣
