A blast from the past.
Had to do a few rounds of sparring in front of Master Rhee when I was a white belt back in 1991. It was the first time I’ve ever encountered Master Rhee so I was definitely a bit nervous. Walked away with a few bruises on my arms from the hard kicks of my opponent. She was tough.
I can’t remember her name now but I always have memories of the bruises.

A fantastic last training session for 2025. A short training session followed by a few hours of fun at the new playground having a bbq with students and parents.
Merry Christmas everyone and we will see you soon in the new year 🥳
