Surfers Paradise is about to glow up. @hoteljardinbar has officially opened its doors! A glamorous three-level playground of dining, drinks and late-night vibes. The first phase, SABA Kitchen (led by acclaimed chef Minh Le) opens to the public today, bringing pan-Asian fare, from yuzu sashimi to robata skewers and honey-glazed duck in a moody, foliage-filled setting. This dual-brand fitout for Sam’s Gourmet Pizzas and Fatty Patty is a showcase of bold design and detail. A striking red acoustic grid ceiling unites the two brands overhead, complemented by polished concrete floors that provide durability and a contemporary edge. Custom signage defines each brand’s personality, and hand-laid tiled counters along with textured 3D profile panels add depth and craftsmanship, creating an environment that is as visually compelling as it is functional.
