Medals for the SEQ Cross Country Series were also presented today by Queensland Athletics.

Well done to everyone who ended up in the placings!

On Sunday it’s a quick back up into the July Flying Four at 8am at Ashgrove Sports Ground.

With a 1k for Under 10s, 2k for Under 14s and 4k for Opens it’s the ideal opportunity for the whole family to get their Sunday fitness fix with ribbons for placegetters as well as Handicap bottles of wine on offer.

Looking forward to another fun community event for runners of all ages and abilities.
