Qualifications & experience

A minimum of 2 years experience in an Asphalt Supervisory role.
Experience in mechanical or hands on problem solving.
Basic computer skills - Microsoft Office suite ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent time management skills.
Demonstrate strong leadership.
Ability to respond calmly and decisively whilst under pressure.
Ability to work within a team.
Tasks & Responsibilities

Leading asphalt crews to deliver quality works.
Managing site operations and coordinating resources.
Ensuring compliance with relevant safety, environmental, and quality management plans.
Ensure crew members are following company and client guidelines.
Provide leadership to ensure the highest standard of safety is maintained for all stakeholders at all times.
Interact with foremen, project managers, and engineers in a collaborative and constructive manner.
Participate in formal and contractual meetings with the client and other relevant parties including PMs and co-ordinators.
Scope jobs and report to the relevant PM, and assist with resourcing timeframes for each project assigned.
Liaise with stakeholders and client representatives as required.
