Two levels consisting of over 3,300m2. A bold new look, designed to make an impression.

Recessed acoustic ceiling fins, feature timber cladding and pendant lighting, and stone benchtops are just some of the features.

The transformation is underway.

PROJECT PROFILE | Klinger Headquarters Australia, Welshpool

This 767m2 space oozes style, innovation, functionality and gives the Klinger brand the national presence it deserves.

From the upgraded grand external façade into the entry of the regal, expansive foyer. This exterior and interior design and build is an extraordinary transformation.

The new space allows collaborative working as well as the space to be social with the outdoor BBQ and garden area also a key element of the scope of works.

European influence, designed in WA. Klinger’s corporate colours are infused throughout whilst maintaining an industrial/Scandinavian design intent.

Project Flashback | Cash Converters Headquarters
Westralia Square, PERTH WA

The 1807m2 office space was designed to meet the need for collaborative working.

All on one level, there are 172 workstations, formal and informal meeting areas, executive offices, a welcoming reception and waiting area for visitors plus staff amenities.

The Cash Converters Global Headquarters, based in Westralia Square Tower in Perth’s CBD continues to make a positive impression with staff and visitors alike.

This truly is a benchmark project that we are privileged to have been involved in.

Project Update | KLINGER Limited - Australia

Construction onsite at Klinger, Welshpool, is progressing well.

The external facade is well underway and internal works are preparing the space for a transformation that is going to be amazing.
