And who would of thought there was tears before I took the lens cap off but with patience and a gentle approach we got all this magic 🐤🌾

With her best friend close by, her beloved duck Lucky never far from her side, baby ducklings and curious little chickens weaving in and out of the afternoon.

No rules... No rush... Just children living fully in the moment, imagination wide open, hearts leading the way.

This is childhood as it’s meant to be — messy, tender, joyful, free. Oh, to live our best lives the way children do ✨

Often, it’s the smallest details that hold the most meaning — a ring resting softly, hands finding one another, love felt in the stillness.

These moments are captured gently, with privacy and intimacy in mind, meant to be held close and treasured by them. Any sharing (this goes for all sessions) is done with care, guided by what feels right for them and respecting their choices to share all or limited photos or none at all.

These moments are created for them first. I’m simply grateful to witness and hold them with warmth and intention 🤍

It didn’t go to plan — chaos, laughter, wriggling and face pulling — but that’s the magic of right now and thankfully I was able to get some Beautiful photos before Dinner 📸

This year, I’m making it a priority to capture these fleeting family moments of my own children when I can before they grow bigger, braver, and a little taller.

✨️ My Absolute Favourite Type of Chaos ✨️

Photographing my best friend’s family as they grow is the biggest gift. Watching these little humans turn into who they’re meant to be, right in front of my camera, fills my heart in ways I can’t explain.

Is it chaotic? Always but they are favourite people. Worth it? Every single time. I’ll chase the moments, calm the chaos, and do whatever it takes and for as long as it takes to freeze these memories for her—because giving her these little pieces of time is my life’s mission.

Laughs, cuddles, messes, chasing kids, "help me moments" … all of it 🤍✨
