Spotlight on a past community event supporting local communities on the Southern Highlands.

Represented by Senior Project Manager James Dayball, Intermain was proud to sponsor the Monthly Metal event at Highlands Golf Club Mittagong and connect with members of the local community. We also provided much-needed hats, golf balls and umbrellas for the day.

Celebrating W Property’s new head office within Merchant Hosking Place, Sydney, their landmark development and an address Intermain knows well.

Designed as a workplace to work, meet and entertain, the fitout brings together a level of detail consistent with Hosking Place itself, thoughtfully integrating elements of the base build alongside W Property’s brand identity.

Custom joinery is the hero of the space, from timber-framed meeting areas and tailored workstations to an extended kitchenette with bar and stone-inlaid high table. A boutique workplace proving small footprints can still deliver big impact.

From silver screen to Sydney skyline, Oxford Street's historic West Olympia Theatre has been reimagined as 25hours Hotel The Olympia, earning a place among the world’s Top 100 new and renovated hotels for 2026.

Intermain is proud to have partnered with Richard Crookes Constructions (RCC) to deliver the bespoke joinery that helps bring this transformation to life, from reception and lobby through to dining and event spaces, cinema, amenities, staff BOH and up to the rooftop bar.

The interior honours the building’s art-house legacy, layering cinematic references and a rebellious creative spirit into every detail.
