🍐🌶The Alexandra Dehydrator Project has been putting fresh fruit and vegetable scraps from Grant St. Grocer and Alexandra Fruit & Veg through the Worms Downunder worm farm for months now. We recently harvested a whopping 65L of worm tea and over 30kg of worm castings to go back into local soils to produce more locally grown fruits and vegetables.
