The Fiona Wood Foundation’s vision is “to deliver scarless healing, in both mind and body, to those who suffer from burn injury.”

In support Fire Protection Association Australia (FPA Australia) is sending a team (including Kath Kinnear, Director from BDS) to Perth to descend the Central Park building on October 25th. 33 floors, 130 metres!

Our goal is to raise funds for the remarkable work Fiona and her team do in treating and supporting burn recovery.

Please consider donating to our Plunge to help us make a difference.

So I'm doing something that stretches beyond my comfort zone... I'm totally scared, Brock said "Mum can you tell them no?!"
I said no.. I'm doing the Central Park Plunge 2024, 33 floors, 130 meters!!

We are trying to fundraise $9000 to help Fiona Wood Foundation. Burns is a traumatic injury and can happen to anyone. I am taking on this challenge in support of the Fiona Wood Foundation who are doing amazing work to help burns patients.

Working in the bushfire industry for the last 30 years I have seen many near misses, burnt firefighters and buried co-workers from serious burns from bushfire. This is a cause which I believe makes a difference and as scared as I am to take the plunge, its nothing compared to the bravery I have witnessed of our firefighters and the people affected from fire. They are the true heros.

We have created a team called FPA Australia and we are taking on this challenge in support of the Fiona Wood Foundation to support their amazing work.

If you can, please help by fundraising alongside us in FPA Australia.

It only takes a minute and any money you can give (no matter how large or small) will go a long way to helping us reach our target.

You are welcome to join me (not to push me over the edge lol!) but to witness this event on Friday 25th October (afternoon session.. I hope its not windy!!)

Thank you, we all really appreciate your support.
