Grants available are;
💲25,000 Homebuilder Grant ( Federal )
💲20,000 Bonus Building Grant ( State )
💲10,000 First Home Owners Grant ( State )
Plus the First Home Buyer Stamp Duty relief ‼️

Over a saving of $55,000 for First Home Buyers and a saving of $45,000 for any second or third home buyers.

Also available till the end of June 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣0️⃣ Oyster Harbour Land Development is offering a 💲15,000 rebate on selected blocks.
