From 1st of March, our NDIS services are operating under the ATC Work Smart brand.

This brings our NDIS employability and life skills programs under one clear organisation across the region.

We’re sharpening our programs with a stronger focus on practical employability and everyday life skills. The work stays practical, building skills, growing confidence and supporting greater independence over time.

For participants and families, the same team is here. Programs are now clearer in purpose and sit within a stronger organisation.

This gives our work one consistent identity and reflects the direction we’re taking as a service.

Curious about our NDIS programs? Get in touch and find out how we can support you.

What a day at the Albany Community Disability Expo !!!

23 stallholders.
178 attendees.
A room full of conversations about possibility.

We were proud to represent Worklink WA and share what we’re building through our NDIS Hub here in Albany.

Through employability skills training, 1-on-1 mentoring and structured group programs, our participants are:

• building confidence
• learning practical, hands-on skills
• strengthening communication and workplace behaviours
• developing routines that support independence
• connecting with community in meaningful ways

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our stall, shared your story and asked thoughtful questions.

And thank you to the organisers and fellow stallholders who continue to strengthen our local disability community.

Albany shows up for its people.

We’re proud to be part of it.

Did you know that Worklink WA also runs the Albany & Esperance Jobs and Skills Centres?

The Jobs and Skills Centre offers free, practical support for people across the Great Southern who are figuring out their next step with work or training.

We support people with:
• career conversations when things feel unclear
• job search help, resumes and applications
• apprenticeships and training options
• links to local employers and industry
• support for local businesses and employers

We work with individuals, students, employers and community organisations across the Great Southern. This includes on-the-ground services in Albany and Esperance, regular outreach to Katanning, Mount Barker and Denmark and support for people right across the region from Walpole to Ravensthorpe to Bremer Bay.

If you’re feeling stuck, changing direction or just want clear advice about your options, you’re welcome to get in touch or drop in.

🎄 Christmas is a great time to try something different.

At Worklink, days are built around people, not programs.

🛠️ Hands-on workshop activities
☕ Getting out around town
💬 Learning social skills through real experiences

Choice comes first.
Support is there when needed.
Confidence grows through doing.

If the end of the year feels like the right time to try new things and build connections, let’s talk. 🤝

If you’d like to talk through options, message us anytime.
