The week we moved to Lorne.

We had a little shop in a tiny small town. With a salon in the back a surprise and a bit cool.

- It was us
- Our lives and our identity
It wasn’t very exciting, but it was kind to us and to others many others. It was a sanctuary of sorts, a healingish 9-5ish kind of “business” where the stories flowed, endlessly intimately with passion inspiration desperation. Guards were dropped, boundaries respected and disregarded. Beliefs challenged accepted rejected cherished overshared raw and ridiculous and honest. Delicious tantalizing exotic lives entered. Browsed and admired with hair, attended to with a creative respect and integrity of a maestro.

The Maestro. A reader intent on wandering between the paper spaced with horrifically intense fantastical vivid violence and blood. Scandi crime his preferred genre. Just like a moving animated head of hair magically escaping the slip of a samurai scissor encrusted in rubies. An artist of amazing and extraordinary skill, wracked with anxiety and pressure in the trip to perfection and beyond. Without an end or the understanding of others. My husband. My all. My love. My oh my.
We had a little shop. It was glorious.
