2nd of January 2026: normal operating hours

We have seen a few scam emails in the past 24 hours that have not been sent by us.
We have included some images for reference.
If you are in doubt about the legitimacy of an email please call us on 1300 135 235.
Here is a list of some red flags you should look for:
⛔️Suspicious sender or reply email addresses. Is the email coming from a legitimate email address or a generic Gmail or Yahoo address?
⛔️Generic Greeting as opposed to using your name.
⛔️Poor spelling or grammar
⛔️Threatening or demanding language creating a sense of urgency.
⛔️Lack of context
⛔️Suspicious links
⛔️Unexpected attachments
⛔️Does it ask for sensitive information like personal information, passwords or credit card details? We would not ask you for this information via email.
⛔️Is the offer too good to be true?

✅Do not provide any personal information, credit card details, passwords etc via email!

✅Contact us if you think an email reporting to be from us does not seem right.
