specifically to help the golfer recognise the fault of the head rotating away from the golf ball during the back swing movement, and also to recognise the fault of
allowing the head to rotate towards the target area before the ball has been struck.
By increasing the awareness of the movement of the head, it will teach the golfer to keep the head still.
When the device is positioned correctly, the golfer will see two vertical lines and therefore the golfer then has to learn to keep the head still so that the ball is always inside the two lines.-- not easy at first, but it clearly indicates to the golfer any excess movement of the head.
HOW TO USE
1. CLIP CENTRALLY onto PEAK of CAP.
2. POSITION YOURSELF into YOUR GOLF STANCE.
3. TAKE a PRACTICE SWING and OBSERVE the AMOUNT of HEAD
MOVEMENT DURING the BACK SWING and FOLLOW THOUGH.
4. A SMALL AMOUNT of HEAD MOVEMENT is ACCEPTABLE,
but any LARGE MOVEMENT can now be RECTIFIED.
