EzyFlats has launched its new platform and I'm pretty proud of what we've built.
The short version: we're a licensed real estate agency (RLA 346573) focused entirely on medium-term furnished rentals both in South Australia and also Australia wide. Think 1 to 24 months — relocating professionals, students, project workers, families between homes. The segment that's too long for Airbnb and too short for most traditional agents.
But we didn't just build a listing site. We built a proper rental management platform.
The entire tenancy lifecycle is digitised end to end. Lease creation, editing, and signing — all online. Move-in and move-out condition reports handled digitally. Payment processing and invoicing built in. And tenants can't move in until everything is squared away — 100% security, signed lease, condition report, the lot. No chasing paperwork, no gaps.
Landlords get a dashboard to manage their listings, track tenancies, and handle payments without cobbling things together across three different tools. Property managers get the same at scale — portfolio oversight, tenant comms, lease workflows, all without the admin overhead that eats into your day.

I built this because I kept seeing the same problem from both sides. Landlords with great furnished properties had nowhere purpose-built to list them.
