Lovely morning for a gentle run along the Hallett Cove boardwalk.
60 minutes, 7.2km, 997 calories burned. Couldn't quite break the magic thousand for the hour, but will keep trying to push the intensity.
Today's workout -
5 mins each of warmup and cool down on the bike.
5 rounds of 15 reps each with 16kg kettle bell.
KB swings
Burpees
KB squats with alternate leg lift (each side)
KB step jumps
45 minutes total, 520 calories burned. Rest between rounds got progressively longer...
Feel free to try these ideas, with your own warm/cool and whatever weight you feel is challenging!

The first step and the last step are the two most important ones - the first is actually doing something, the last is what pushes you the most. Push until that last step feels like the last you will ever make!

This looks even worse in real life, especially after having already run most of the 5 or more km before it...
