🚨 Construction Industry Alert: WHS Changes Coming 1 July 2026

A significant update to South Australia's Work Health and Safety Regulations is on the horizon.

From 1 July 2026, the fall threshold for high-risk construction work will be reduced from three metres to two metres.

What does this mean?

More construction activities will now be classified as high-risk work, requiring:

✅ Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS)
✅ Appropriate risk controls
✅ Updated safety procedures
✅ Workforce training and awareness
