Viewpoints Summer 2022/23 edition is here!

The last quarter's report observed a 'cooling' in the residential property market. However, we noted that around two-thirds of suburbs across metro Adelaide were still experiencing positive growth in the 3 months to September.

3 months on, the latest issue of Viewpoints confirms that Adelaide has entered a balanced market.

Our data shows approximately 45% of areas with value growth and 55% experiencing value decline. Regional performance, however, is bucking the trend with continued solid growth.

This edition also includes a brand-new map of subdivisions or development opportunities across metro Adelaide.
