**Job Description:**
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Front-of-House Staff member to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of *Brewtiful,* providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and ensuring that our coffee shop remains a welcoming and enjoyable space for all our customers.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- Take and process orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area
- Handle cash and operate the point-of-sale system
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
- Contribute to a positive team environment

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role (preferred but not essential)
- Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about our products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Must be 18 years or older
