- New Project~ Port Willunga Addition/Renovation
Our latest project, commencing this week, features a dynamic renovation of a charming 1920s home in Port Willunga. This transformation aims to enhance the internal living areas while maintaining the property’s unique character.
Key Features:
Internal Renovation: The renovation includes a complete overhaul of the existing layout, with a new bathroom, ensuite, and walk-in robe (WIR) designed for modern comfort and convenience.
L-Shape Addition: A new L-shaped addition will create an open-plan kitchen and living area, perfect for family gatherings and entertaining.
Stunning Design Elements: The addition will feature a suspended fireplace, providing both warmth and a striking focal point in the living space. The cathedral ceiling will enhance the sense of space and light, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Underfloor Heating: The addition will feature underfloor heating, while the existing house will be upgraded with a new gas radiator system, providing year-round comfort and a cozy living atmosphere.
This project aims to blend contemporary design with the timeless charm of the original structure, making it a unique and inviting home for its occupants.

We’re excited to embark on another design and build project by Bridge Urban. Renovating and expanding this charming 1920s Californian Bungalow. This project will blend historic character with modern convenience.
Renovation Highlights:
We’ll restore original features like woodwork, moldings, and hardwood floors, updating fixtures to blend vintage charm with contemporary needs.
Addition Details:
A new open-concept family room will be added, with large windows and a seamless connection to a spacious Alfresco. The updated kitchen will feature modern appliances, and a new master suite will offer comfort and privacy.
Exterior Enhancements:
The exterior will be refreshed with complementary paint and revitalized landscaping to enhance curb appeal. A new swimming pool will be added, creating a luxurious outdoor retreat that seamlessly integrates with the garden. Planning drawings have been submitted so we are excited to commence this project soon 🔨
