Hopping hurdles.. same foot all the way to the end. Foam mats in between to activate more stabilising muscles and force better balance.

First time doing hip thrusts 3 sets of 8 - 70kgs. Fraser from Limitless Athletic Development training me. Little sister is coming to the sessions the week after next. I’ll film and share her doing some of the basics.
