Bouncing around from job-to-job post-school, it took some time for Russell to find a role that suited him.

But at the end of 2016, he secured a role at Bedford Group, manufacturing Bedford Furniture as well as other timber and board products 👍

Fast forward to 2023, Russell transitioned to working for a social enterprise, Bedford-backed Dovetail Advanced Manufacturing, which offered open employment 🤩

The ability to earn a full award wage has had a big impact on Russell’s life.
