Elvio Ferrara Design & Construct

Finally our project in Prospect is completed with the cast iron fence done. The two storey house is adjacent to the owners cottage and was designed/built to match that cottage. With some left over stone we did a shed as well in the backyard. A very happy client and a great building job by Will Gasparini. This is one of my favorite projects in Prospect as the proportions and finishes are stunning.

Here is a completed project on a small block that is about 250m2, one of Prospects smallest allotments. we designed this place for a client who lives next to his relatives. it is a two storey terrace house that meshes in with the Heritage nature of the street with local stone to the front. Prospect council are really happy with this, so are the young couple living here on a low maintenance block !
