Two days of delicious gut loving 💩 porridge cooling ready for the fridge 😋 This will keep me nourished and satiated for a good 3-4 hours at work! It was easy this morning to make a bit extra so I had plenty leftover 🙌
Recipe includes;
🍏 Granny Smith apples from the market
😋 organic rolled oats
🫚 organic ginger grated
🥄 cinnamon
🍇 organic currants
🥄 h**p seeds
Topped with pepitas, walnuts and a couple of Brazil nuts for the all important crunch factor💥nutritious and delicious 😋

Day 10 and 11 we are back in Athens, we walked around the Acropolis complex area, went to the Archaeological Museum and took a bus ride to look at the beaches. My favourite part of the museum was the jewellery, so beautiful 🤩
