A perfect yet comfortable start going 98/115 @ only 58.8 kg's to kick start Kiana's Commonwealth games 2026 journey. Thanks to and the team for looking after her so we can continue her buildup now for Commonwealth champs in India.

A great piece although far from the full picture. At this level it's about managing the athlete. I don't call it mere coaching. We utilise every possible resource available to us.
Kieser , SASI , my own specific programming using velocity based training and of course a lot of self regulation has got Kiana to where she is. The future still looks good.
