Project Burrata

We’re taking Project Burrata to Croydon for lunch.

On Saturday 20 June, we’ll be popping up at for a one-day pop up, serving a small menu of our burrata bowls alongside the best coffee in town!

We just wanted to say thank you
From an idea in our lounge room, to pop ups, to opening our own space in the city. It still doesn’t feel real some days.

We’ve learnt a lot and this is something we’re genuinely proud of.

To everyone who’s come down, waited in line, told a friend, posted a bowl - thank you.

We feel seriously lucky to be in a position where we get to serve food we love, built from our family roots, and watch people enjoy it.

This is just the beginning.
