So last night I began writing my first book. A long time coming.

Pen to paper with my new journal and candle close by which was a gift from such a beautiful lady in my life.

What’s the book about, it’s an unfolding story of my life and the health journey of not only myself but the ones closest to me. It isn’t an easy story to tell but it’s a must.

My purpose, is one of hope. I want you to feel like life isn’t lost and you can grow flowers in a desert and you can overcome life’s worst with the right environment.
