Let's get something straight here. Life is bloody tough! I'm a crazy-arse idealistic optimist and even I'm struggling this year.

When you're in your 40's and 50's life's realities hit hard. It's a constant battle to keep the people around us happy while our own lives fall apart. It can feel like we're hanging on by a thread.

We get that. We're in that zone right now. At Wellteam we built a program and an online space to bring men together to get back control of our lives.
