Dr. Sophie Plagakis recently delivered a presentation at the Mitcham and Hills Wellness Education Session in Blackwood, with an attendance of 180 people.

We’d like to acknowledge the outstanding achievement of Dr. Michael Chong, who recently served as the convenor for the prestigious 2024 USANZ Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM). Dr. Chong’s dedication, expertise, and leadership have been instrumental in the successful ex*****on of this significant event in the urological community, held in Adelaide this year.

The Urological Society of Australia and New Zealand (USANZ) thanked Dr. Chong for his exceptional contribution towards developing and delivering a comprehensive program for this year’s ASM. His efforts have facilitated a rich educational experience, comprising plenary sessions, concurrent sessions, named lectures, posters, masterclasses, and workshops, all aimed at fostering the professional growth of peers within our field.

Dr. Chong's role in this year’s ASM underscores not only his commitment to advancing urological practices but also highlights the calibre of professionals in the field. The insights and discussions generated by local and international guest speakers at the ASM have contributed significantly to the ongoing development of urological expertise and patient care.
