STRENGTH & RESISTANCE IN MULTIPLE FORMATS

At MTP, our expert Physiotherapists offer a personalised and supervised 45-minute Clinical Exercise Class which combines Reformer Pilates exercises with weighted movements, suited to your level of strength and catered to any injury.

We know that, together, this evidence-based combination of movements improves our clients deep muscular stabiliser endurance, as well as improving their overall bone density and muscle strength.

Our Pilates space features four bespoke Rialto Reformers - meaning that our Physiotherapists are constantly on the move, prescribing exercises and checking in with you to ensure you are getting the most out of your session.

Book now via our website or call the clinic to secure your place! Limited spots available.

A big thank you to Dr. Karthik Badrinath for leading today’s professional development session with our team. Dr. Badrinath is a Sports and Exercise Physician, dual fellowship-trained in Sport and Exercise Medicine and General Practice. He is also a highly respected physiotherapist with a PhD in musculoskeletal health and over 15 years of experience. His invaluable insights will undoubtedly enhance the way we approach patient care.

Several of our physiotherapists have had the privilege of working closely with Dr. Badrinath over the years, and we truly value the strong professional relationships we’ve built with him. At Motion Theory Physiotherapy, we believe that shared expertise and continuous learning are essential to delivering exceptional care for our patients. Our twice-weekly professional development sessions ensure that our team stays at the forefront of the latest treatments and best practices, ultimately benefiting our patients’ recovery journeys.

We look forward to applying these new insights in support of our patients’ path to recovery!
