Agile Carpentry

Purchased on the 20th January 2023 and work started on the 23rd. The aim was new roof, rebuild roof structure to support solar, paint, upgrade electrical, tidy up kitchen and get a shower somehow into the small bathroom.
Here we go.😀😀

After the demo stage things get going. Thankfully there was no unforeseen obstacles and all went well for the footing prep and pour.
Oh, apart from the weather...wet,wet,wet.

This post dates back to the beginning of the Nth Bungaree project. The goal...make two buildings, slightly out of alignment and of different spans, and not level with one another, look like one.
How?...well keep watching, it has been quite a ride

Thought I should share some photos of a pretty large Reno extension we have been working on over the last 18 months. I will start with the last photo of the bay window final mahogany stain on the bay window. Interior completed....unless there is some warranty work to be done....which of course we are happy to rectify
