Something I get asked a lot is "how many exercises should I do?" There's no perfect way of answering this question because everyone is different, however I have provided an example of how many exercises I do per muscle group. You'll see that I average approximately 8-9 exercises per day (53 total exercises split into 6 days). I have a strong emphasis on Legs, Shoulders (particularly side delts), and Triceps as my personal goal is to build these areas more to catch up with other areas of my body. Everyone's goal is different, so what works for me won't necessarily work for everybody, but this is at least a good start point to give you an idea.
