I want to take a moment to acknowledge my beautiful artists involved in this project - entirely human-made music with zero AI:

✨️The stunning artwork was created by Katie Dridan who previously created art for my single 'Someday' ❤️

✨️The music video was filmed by who I've collaborated with over the past couple of years through photography shoots which were 🔥this guy knows how to capture images!

✨️The recording, mixing, and mastering were by .brown.music at who honoured the vision so well. We wanted an acoustic version that resembled the feeling you would get seeing it live. A single track in one take with minimal post production. Thanks JB ❤️

It takes courage to put new work out into the world and it takes many hours of planning, rehearsing, developing, trialling and "erroring" to reach a state of presentation for this time of year. I see you.

Those who don't walk this path may ask themselves "why? Why go through so much effort?"

Well, in a world that is heavy, artists still believe in magic and that the wonderment of our inner child deserves attention. We believe that laughter and joy is important so it's worth writing anecdotes or songs to make people chortle. We believe in the power of dance, acro, and theatre to remind ourselves of the expanse of human ingenuity. We believe in the process of play and creating something, not placing all the importance on outcome alone. Most of all, we believe that the world needs art even if many of the leaders in our society don't value it enough.

Go and see something new and discover new art at this year's festival. It may be the change you needed. I hope you enjoy following the path of curiosity and have a joyful Fringe experience. Chookas!!! MY picks:

✨️ Crush the Musical is a gem of a musical. I've composed for Sarah Williams' previous Fringe show 'A Thousand Cranes'. She is an excellent director/choreographer.
