We hosted our first ‘Meet Your Neighbour’ event at Seascape, bringing together residents of Stage 1 and future residents with homes currently under construction.

It's great to see the momentum building at Seascape and seeing this community come to life is exactly why we do what we do. Thanks to everyone who made our first event a success!

Introducing our next landmark project...
We received approval last night at the Port Adelaide Enfield Council Assessment Panel for 128 new waterfront apartments in the beautiful North Haven marina. This project will consist of two buildings and a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with unparalleled views.

Thank you to our project partners, we look forward to launching the project to market with you early next year.
