🎉 Para Bellum Solutions took out the DTC Skilling Award at last week's Defence Teaming Centre, Defence Industry Awards.

We're very excited, and extremely grateful to receive industry recognition for our Upskilling Program and the work that has gone into its delivery. We started the program in 2022. The first program saw our staff complete over 50 credentials and certifications, our second program will double that.

We were pleased just to be considered amongst the top three finalists with Ascent Pty Ltd and Shoal Group Pty Ltd who have both put together incredible professional development programs.

Para Bellum Solutions is celebrating its fifth anniversary. 👏

After commencing business in January 2018, we've grown to nearly 40 staff with 2021/2022 being a milestone year of growth.

We sincerely value our relationships and thank our clients, staff and supporters who have contributed to our success.

We're looking forward to another busy year, as we continue to provide a range of professional services to Defence clients throughout Australia as well as supporting SMEs to enter the defence industry both here and in the UK.

Right now we have many opportunities to explore roles in the defence industry and join the Para Bellum team. We have more growth plans in the pipeline to get excited about! 💯
