Acquisition and Development Consultant Mitchell Gurnett was recently out on site, checking out one of our developments at Flinders Park.

This superb corner block was secured off market for our client, is hosting three, double-storey, four bedroom dwellings, with over 250sqm for each of the homes. Being so close to Linear Park, we thought that larger family homes would appeal more to the demographic wanting to build in the area.

Each of the homes sold for approximately $100k more per dwelling than what we had originally anticipated - a result of our conservative feasibility.

We can’t wait to see these come together!
