Hi, I’m looking for a psychologist with availability to take on a new NDIS participant around the Port Adelaide area. Please let me know if you’re accepting referrals.

WE ARE CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW REFERRALS FROM SELF MANAGE, PLAN MANAGE AND NDIA MANAGE PARTICIPANT FOR THE FOLLOWING SERVICES.

1. Assistance with daily life (includes Supported Independent Living)
• Do you need assistance with personal care, household tasks, or managing finances? We've got you covered. Our compassionate caregivers are ready to provide tailored support to ensure you can live independently while receiving the assistance you need.

2. Assistance with social and community participation
• Need assistance with attending events, Join clubs or participate in community programs with confidence. Our team will support you every step of the way, whether it's developing social skills, accessing transportation, or building meaningful relationships within your community.

3. Assist with Travel/Transport Arrangement:
• Say goodbye to travel worries! From planning routes to booking tickets and ensuring accessible transportation options, we'll handle all the details. Whether you're traveling solo or with assistance, count on us to ensure a smooth and safe journey to your destination.
